The EVC 2012 Registration Fee includes:
- Registration to the EVC sessions;

How to get there?

For EVC 2012 we have once again a fantastic service for our participants arriving by plane at Brussels (Belgium) and Düsseldorf (Germany) airports: we will have FREE SHUTTLE SERVICES bringing you to the congress center in Maastricht.During this drive we will show you all the details of EVC and the city of Maastricht in our luxury coaches and vans.

Exhibition

The exhibition highlighting medical devices, pharmaceutical products and books will take place in the ‘Forum’ area of the Congress Center. Access to the exhibition is free for registered participants. The exhibition will be open on March 11-13, 2012 during the congress hours.

Lunch and Refreshments

Lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee and available in the exhibition area. Coffee, tea and softdrinks will be served in the exhibition area during the breaks.

Certificate of Attendance

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the Congress on return of the evaluation form at the Registration and Information Desk.

Textbooks

The EVC textbooks compromise all edited chapters of the scientific programm. A text
book of your choise will be handed out at the beginning of EVC 2012.

Accreditation

This course is designed for Vascular Surgeons, radiologists, phlebologists, vascular medicine specialists, nurses, cath lab technicians and other healthcare professionals with a special interest in the field of innovative cardiovascular procedures. For EVC 2012 accreditation is applied for at the European Societies and Boards of all specialties.

Liability

By registering for EVC and/or by participating in the exhibition joined to EVC, participants and exhibitors agree that EVC, the Organising Committee or the EVC Secretariat do not assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during EVC. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.
